Our goods and services are not intended for private individuals and are only offered to legal entities. Below, you will find information about the processing of your personal data. Unless otherwise stated, the provision of your personal data is neither required by law nor by contract. You are not required to provide the data. The exact scope of processing of your data may vary due to the services used, i.e. not all processing or rights listed in these notes may apply. Sales only to entrepreneurs. Legal basis for processing

The basis for processing personal data in Switzerland is Art. 4 ff, Art. 12 and Art. 13 of the DSG. Personal data is always processed within the framework of our interests in managing our business processes and providing targeted information to potential customers. This also includes the regular use of cookies, which make it possible to display content of interest to the user. In addition, we process the information provided by the user based on our interests in spam detection.

Consent is obtained, among other things, for sending newsletters. When contacting us (e.g. via contact form, e-mail, telephone or social media), the user's information is processed, e.g. to process the contact request. In rare cases, we process personal data to comply with our legal obligations.

Duration of data storage

The personal data of the person concerned shall be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply or storage is no longer necessary. Personal data is also stored for the time during which claims can be made against our company.

Furthermore, a storage can take place if regulations, laws or other rules require longer storage. Corresponding obligations to provide evidence and to retain data result from the Swiss Code of Obligations, among other things. The storage periods thereafter are generally ten years. The storage of personal usage data and cookies including IP addresses is limited to the period of time necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose.

Transfers to other countries

In many cases, your personal data is only processed within Switzerland and the EU. However, should data be processed outside the EU in individual cases, the transfer takes place in accordance with the legal requirements of Art. 6 DSG. This means that processing is carried out, for example, on the basis of special guarantees, such as the officially recognized determination of a level of data protection corresponding to the EU or Switzerland or compliance with officially recognized special contractual obligations (so-called “standard contractual clauses”).

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the Internet browser or by the Internet browser on the computer system of a user. If a user calls up a website, a cookie can be stored on the user’s device. By selecting the appropriate technical settings in your Internet browser, you can prevent the storage of cookies and the transmission of the data they contain. Server log files

Every time you access our website, usage data is transmitted by your Internet browser and stored in log files (server log files). Collection and processing when using the contact form

When using the contact form, we only collect your personal data (name, e-mail address, message text) to the extent that you have provided it. The data processing serves the purpose of establishing contact and initiating a contractual relationship. The processing is done in the interest of efficient communication. We use your e-mail address to process your inquiry or for the subsequent handling of contractual services.

Mouseflow to optimize our website content

To make our offering even better and to ensure meaningful user navigation when visiting our websites, we use the Mouseflow software to optimize our offering and user experience. User activities on the websites are recorded and evaluated. The data collected in this way is stored anonymously. Keystrokes are not recorded. Google Tag Manager to measure AD performance

Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is a tag management system that allows us to quickly and easily update tags and code snippets on our website or mobile app. This tool plays a critical role in optimizing our marketing efforts. Google Tag Manager is provided to us by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The Tag Manager is used exclusively to set conversion tags for Google Ads.

Webflow Webhosting

This website is hosted via the Content Delivery Network (CDN) of Webflow. The provider is Webflow, Inc, 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (hereinafter: Webflow). Webflow is a tool for creating and hosting websites. A content delivery network is a network of spatially distributed, possibly interconnected servers. The server that is closest to the respective user of the website is always used. The CDN used here includes servers in North America and parts of Europe. Webflow hosts our website using the content delivery networks of Fastly Inc. (Fastly Inc. 475, Brannan St.#300, San Francisco, CA 94107) and Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Amazon WebServices, Inc., 410 Terry Avenue North, Seattle WA 98109), to which Cloudfront also belongs. To ensure cross-browser compatibility so that the modern functionality of Webflow pages is also available in older browsers that do not natively support it, Webflow includes JavaScript using the Cloudflare CDN(Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107). When you visit our website, Webflow collects the above data. Data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission, and Webflow is also certified via the Data Privacy Framework.
